Introducing CAM, the CARD integrated module to give you any and all functions relating to collection, disbursement and reporting of monies.
These functions are allowed when the CAM module is installed and running on the client workstation. These drawer functions include miscellaneous fees collection, delinquent taxes, marriage licenses, copies etc. If CAM is not installed there is absolutely no cash register function to CARD.
CAM is used to generate the following CARD reports:
- Check Out Report
- Misc Fees Report
- Instrument Report
- Reconciliation by Clerk ID Report
- Misc Fees by Register Report
- Deed Tax Report
Charge Accounting used to perform the following actions:
- Add New Charge Accounts
- Track Charge Account balances and payment history
- Report on Charge Account Activities
- Edit Existing Charge Accounts
